Direct Electricity Purchase Policy:
Accessible terminal users should meet the following requirements:
1. Terminal users belong to 35-KV voltage class and above.
2. Power consumption in previous year is over 40 million KWh.
3. Users meet with other relevant requirements.
4. Terminal users participated in direct electricity purchase in Year 2017.
Accessible terminal users can choose to make independent agreement with the Power Seller or the Power Plant, or stick to the present position. The threshold will be lowered to 10-KV voltage class and above.
